Regarding the trip to Monkey Beach, the starting point is at Taman Negara Pulau Penang there.
( near Teluk Bahang roundabout, butterfly farm)
Same way to Pantai Keracut also. But it's turn right side to hike instead of turning left leading to Pantai Keracut.
Jungle tracking around 1 hour +++ to reach the destination... Those need to go by boat have to go near Fish village to request from the fisherman. hehe...
The boat cost around RM80-120 one way, both way have to ask further details. (depends the boat / person)

November I think mostly all tomodach only free right ??
