me n V searching for our tomo white plain TEE

so i think this is the cheapest and best quality ever for a price like this and hard to find other type of plain white tee d
so we did book for 9 pieces

but the size xS is not so small oh, quite average big also
for me, v, sl, mt ,tj, cl is ok i think just only we afraid eve n sa will be too big

so eve n sa
pls do let us know whether it's okay for u all or not if it's too big
as i might collect the plain t tmr or saturday d........................

Simplicity

Toshihiko Seko has a simple training program. It's so simple, he tells it in only twelve words. And yet with this plan, Toshihiko won the 1981 Boston Marathon and the 1983 Tokyo Marathon. This plan enabled him to outrun the world's greatest, fastest, and most gifted runners. What is his plan? Seko says, "I run ten kilometers in the morning and twenty in the evening." When Seko was told that his plan seemed too simple when compared to that of other marathoners, he replied, "The plan is simple. BUT I do it every single day, 365 days a year."

I believe people fail to reach their goals not because their plans are too simple, but because they aren't willing to follow their plans! Many goals do not require detailed plans. But they do require following the plan.

Making an A requires time spent in study instead of wathcing the soaps, comedies, detective shows, ten o'clock news, and late-night reruns on the night before the test. Playing the piano involves daily practice. Losing weight requires a daily program of exercise ans sensible eating.

Seko's plan was effective because he followed it everyday. Plans don't have to be complicated but they do have to be followed.

Hip Hop Workshop

Gals, he is my hip hop teacher.
In fact, he is just 20yrs old.

He can dance very very well. Pls bear in mind, that day he just showed 50% of his ability to us.
If possible, i try to find back my videos which recorded his past competition n performances.

He is so cool!!! I'm so admire him.

自私？

再怎么大方的一个好人都会自私吧?!

先不说商场，
就说人的生活中，
就说大学生活吧。
还没踏入社会的我们，
已经不再是以前的单纯小子了。
自私只是占了我们生活中的一小部份。
在那么竞争，那么可怕的生活里，
不自私又怎么行呢？
自私只是保护自己的一个方式，
自私只是给自己一个保障。
我们现在面临的，学习的，都只不过是以后要面对的一小部份！
大学生活，不是一个单纯的校园生活。
久了，你就会发现每一个人的真面目，
这只是踏入社会的前奏。
这没什么大惊小怪，慢慢接受就是了。
单纯的你，不可以只是接受，
还要学习与改变。
不然，以后吃亏的是自己！
不要单纯的以为这还是以前的校园生活，
这不再是校园生活，
这是现实的社会生活！


最近，从一个朋友口中听到，
“不懂现在的人为什么那么自私，有什么消息有什么资料都不告诉人。”
他说这句话的语气，不是单纯的疑问，不是单纯的投诉。
是语中带刺。
也许，我也是自私的那一个，所以被他的刺刺到了。


拜托，你不要告诉我，
你不曾自私，你不曾隐瞒？
那个人不说，你可以说他自私，
但你并不知道他的苦衷。
他要怎么告诉你呢？
他若告诉你，为了公平起见，他且不是要告知天下？
为了不必要的麻烦，
他选择了不说。
若是我，我也会选择不说！


你不能说人家自私，
你只能埋怨你自己。
有本事，就自己打听啊！
为什么要等人家告诉你？
人家没有必要一定要告诉你，没有必要要与你分享。
再加上你不是他什么人，你只是....
相信你对他也不是出于真心的相待。
一个再普通不过的人，
他没有必要要与你分享。


现实生活就是这样，
不能等，不能被动，
要靠自己，要积极，要主动，
还要人缘好，要靠关系。


我相信，再怎么大方，再怎么好的一个人，都会有一点点地私心。
不论在哪一方面都一样。
你不要告诉我，你一点都不自私！
你如果说你不自私，那请问你，
你愿意与其他人分享你的另一半吗？
我相信没有一个人是愿意的。
所以，自私的定义不一样。
有善意的自私，有恶意的自私。
善意的都是为了保护自己，保护身边的人。
恶意的，相信我不说，大家都很清楚吧！


适当的分享是应该，不过份的自私也没错吧？
所以，请在骂一个人‘自私’之前，
先想想自己是不是一样的自私，再责骂他人吧！
